Not uncommon but like many species in this subfamily little research seems to have been done and so what we know about them is limited. Both sexes are similar in appearance. Multivoltine. Often found settled on the underside of leaves.

Regional Distribution:  India, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines

Habitat:  low altitude montane forest near streams                                        Wingspan:  28-33mm

Flight time:  most of the year, depending on location

Larval Hosts:  Ficus racemosa (Moraceae). There may be others that have not been recorded.

Adult Food Sources:  Nectar - not known to visit flowers.  Other - mud puddling
