Photo taken at Doi Suthep-Pui National Park, Chiang Mai, Thailand. 700m a.s.l.
Although quite widespread across the region, this species is not particularly common. Both sexes are almost identical in appearance but the female can be slightly lighter in colour. It has a slow leisurely flight, like all the members of this genus. Multivoltine with several broods per annum. Further study is needed as there is so little information available.
